The installation looks absolutely marvelous, very professional, and exhibits a very high degree of attention to detail. Amazingly enough, every single drop worked when we fired up the network appliances! This is the first time, (in my 25 years of IT experience) that I have seen this achieved on the first pass. Finally, your responsiveness and follow-up trips (at our request), were extraordinary in that you obviously cared about this installation going perfectly. Your planning and documentation were what was needed, and we were not disappointed.
